Air / cold plate

Air to Plate thermoelectric units are a reliable and cost effective solution for the temperature management of a COLD PLATE where, usually, electronic components are installed on, like LEDs, sensors. PELTIER effect modules (TEM Thermo Electric Module) are installed between an air heat exchanger and a concrete block of aluminium or copper. The heat generated by the HOT SIDE is dissipated throw the air heat exchanger, the COLD SIDE is a COLDPLATE used to cool or to heat up the component we want to keep at a certain temperature.
