Liquid cooled cold plates

Our liquid cooled plates are used for the contact cooling of power electronic components. The liquid flows throw the plate, absorbing the heat from the plate.

Our two main manufacturing tecniques are tubed type, where a copper or stainless tube is pressed into an aluminium plate, and brazed type, where liquid channels are made with deep-drilling.
