 3D CAD DESIGN
We design using 3D software tools providing complete mechanical, hydraulic and electronic solutions.
CFD SIMULATION
During the early stages of the designing of a new prototype we are able to evaluate different solutions using CFD (Computational Fluid Dinamycs) software. Thanks to this solution, we are able to save time and money evaluating possible problems before they appear.
 PROTOTYPING TO HIGH VOLUME PRODUCTION
With a wide range of machine shops available, we are able to provide prototypes and small series in a short time, improving the time to market of your product. For high volume applications, we source components worldwide to achieve high quality at a competitive price.
 OEM MANUFACTURING WITH FULL TRACEABILITY
As well as our products that are manufactured internally, we are interested in OEM manufacturing as contractor. Our skills in mechanics, hydraulics and electronics allow us to provide a good service at a reasonable cost. In our production each component is traced to be able to investigate possible failures or malfunctioning of your equipment.
FULL LEAKAGES and ELECTRONIC TESTING
Our wide range of mechanical, electronic and leakage test benches allow us to perform 100% testing on our production, according to customers' needs. We use HELIUM leaktest machine to investigate leakages in our products, being able to achieve accuracies close to 1x10-7 mbar/l/s
