Complete thermal management products

We supply custom made cooling systems according to customer's specifications. All the units are assembled, tested and guaranteed and, if necessary, filled with coolant, to provide a ready to use solution.

Cold plates

We manufacture coldplates for electronics, optics, lasers : starting from the prototype to high volume production, we make channel type, tubed type, pin-style heat exchangers. All the parts can be made of copper or aluminium, brazed and tested with Helium up to 1x10-6 mbar/l/s.

Pressurized vessels / Liquid reservoirs

To guarantee the maximum reliability a liquid cooling system needs to be pressurized : problems like cavitation and tube kinking can be avoided using liquid cooling system working at positive pressure, usually below 1 bar. We can design and manufacture cooling units virtually maintenance free and serviceable type, according to technical feasability.

Vacuum filling with degassing

When the customer needs a ready to use liquid cooling unit, we can supply pre-filled units. The system is emptyed with vacuum and then filled in with degassed coolant, avoiding the presence of any air bubbles into the system.

Air to Liquid FLAT TUBE and TUBE FIN heat exchangers

Our heat radiators are available in two different configurations :  FLAT TUBE heat exchangers are a higher performance unit, made with flat copper tube and fins and FIN TUBE type, made with copper or stainless steel tubes and aluminium or copper fins, with different geometries and tube size of 3/8" OD.

Leak testing with Helium for maximum reliability

Thanks to our Helium leaktest equipment, we test 100% of the units to guarantee maximum reliability and safety. According to the most severe medical and military standards, our products can be tested to fullfill customers expectations.
