2 Phases Solution

Thanks to the partnership signed with Sumitomo Precision Component (SPP), COOLTECH can offer a customized solution using a 2 phase system based on thermosyphon principle:  TERAPHASE.

All the solution are custom made and designed below customer specifications in order to manage power electronics applications like: drives and power conversion units in general.

The product has an high reliability rate with more than 400.000 units deployed in 21 years.

Thanks to the high flexibility many possible layouts are possible as shown in the next pictures:

The solution is suitable for power density up to 30 W/cm².
