- Copper or Stainless Steel tubes pressed into aluminum base plate for a cost effective cooling solution. λ: 0,15 °C/W ; Pmax: 30 bar
- ET cold plates consists of a copper or stainless steel tube pressed into a milled aluminum base plate.
- Tubes are fixed thanks to the deformation of the tube and using a thermally conductive epoxy to fill the gap between the aluminum plate and the tube.
- Main limitation of these LCP is the minimum bending radius of the tube, which is function of tube diameter.
- Standard tube outer diameters are 1/4”, 3/8” and 1/2”.
- Stainless steel is also available with AISI 316-L grade.
- ET cold plates are assembled using copper or stainless steel tubes (AISI 316L) with EN-AW5083 aluminum alloy base plate.
